Complex rebuild of an existing heritage home in Elwood

This heritage weatherboard home dating from around 1915 in Lindsey Avenue, Elwood, was completely rebuilt, retaining only the outer shell. Designed by David Vernon Architect with interior design by Tracy Bufe of Bufè Design, the rebuild was incredibly complex with a high quality of finish and attention to detail. Dex Constructions also acted as project managers of this build and successfully managed an open and honest relationship with the clients.
